I hired Nellie as attorney for a car accident case I had. After three years with ongoing case I settled for a very low settlement. Nellie failed to contact a biller allowed it to go into collections. I had to contact the biller and provide my insurance something Nellie failed to do. After Nellie Received the settlement check she has not yet negotiated bills which are not many . Nellie had more then enough time to negotiate. Nellie choose to neglect my case. As Nellie said to me “I do not have time for this I have other clients”. Till this day she has not yet negotiated the bills. Nellie is an overwhelmed lawyer who takes on more than she could handle.
